How we plan the event
We discuss genre, player experience and group size, then select a role-playing format and game master. Rules, character preparation and group arrangements are agreed in advance. D&D is one option; the system depends on the programme.
03 / Preparation
What to discuss in advance
Share the participant count, preferred language and experience with tabletop RPGs. For multiple groups, we need to agree player allocation and game-master availability.
Before you book
Can people join without D&D experience?
Tell us how many first-time players are joining. We will discuss appropriate rules and preparation for that group; different systems require different levels of familiarity.
How much does an event cost?
We prepare a quote after discussing the programme, group and preparation. Request a proposal for your team.
What are the group size and duration?
Group size and duration are agreed for the selected game. Include your requirements so we can check whether the format fits.
Are events available in Russian and English?
We welcome enquiries in both languages. Delivery language and host availability for the selected game are confirmed when we agree the programme.
